Outreach – Education – Prevention Programs
If you are an agency, organization, school or another agency seeking educational, outreach, prevention or positive speaking services, we ask that you first consider and have answers prepared for the following points:
- Working Wonders prefers advance notice of at least 1 month whenever possible to schedule a presentation.
- What type of presentation do you need – Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault Services,, Substance Abuse, Healthy Beginnings/Moms, HIV/AIDS, STD’s, Positive Speaker.
- Length of time you would allocate for the needed presentation.
- Projected number of participants you expect to participate.
- Where you expect the presentation to take place and timeframe.
- Target audience (women, children, men, adolescents, co-ed)
- Language (Spanish/English)
- Do you foresee a need for more then one session? If so how many?
- Please set a guideline on the number of participants you require to go ahead with the scheduled presentation. (We prefer No fewer than 8 when possible)
- Working Wonders needs at least 48 hrs cancellation notice whenever possible or a fee may be charged to cover lost time.
- How do you expect to advertise and market this presentation or is this a captive audience.

Individual Social Case Management Services
If you are an individual seeking social case management services for yourself and or family members, we ask that you do a little homework to streamline our efforts to help you in the fastest and easiest way possible.
Please check your files and gather the following information:
Proof of HIV diagnosis
Letter from a doctor, recent lab work with your name one it. (Prescription pad notes are not acceptable). We may test you at the office.
Valid photo ID
Drivers License, Passport or other valid photo identification.
Valid Proof of Residency in Riverside or Imperial Counties
lease, current utility bill in your name, signed letter from your landlord, mortgage or property tax papers etc. (Documents with post office boxes are not acceptable)
Proof of income
Most recent Social Security benefits letter, Bank Statements, If you are working, we need your most recent pay stub or bank statement.
Medicare, Medical or any other insurance cards you may have.
Social Security Card or Immigrant Permit to Work Card.
